I am a licensed clinical psychologist with offices located in the Chelsea section of Manhattan and in Montclair, New Jersey. With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Ferkauf Graduate School of psychology at Yeshiva University, I currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each family or individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
In addition to my doctorate in psychology, I also hold a master’s degree in special education from Bank Street College of Education and have served as both teacher and early intervention provider. I also hold a DIRFloortime certificate and am experienced in assessing and providing intervention for the unique challenges and strengths of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental challenges. My combined training in early childhood, special education, and clinical psychology provides me with a unique understanding of development across the life span.
I have worked, trained, and provided supervision at several prominent hospitals including New York Presbyterian Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Mount Sinai Medical Center.
